Projects that crossed the curve
Once a curve hits its graduation threshold, the bonding market locks, reserves migrate into a BOLT pool, and the LP is escrowed in BoltLiquidityLocker. Graduated projects are eligible for BOLT Verified review and grant-engine scoring.

The graduator module (BoltSparkGraduator) lands in the next sprint. Until then theIBoltSparkGraduator interface ships in contracts/src/spark/IBoltSparkGraduator.sol and `BoltBondingCurve.migrate()` reverts unless a registered graduator is wired and graduation has triggered.
